The Death of Software as a Tool: Why 'Agent as a Service' (AaaS) is the Next Trillion-Dollar Frontier

When I look at my yearly bank statement, I see a graveyard of subscriptions. From Netflix and Spotify to professional suites like Adobe, Notion, and Slack—we are well into the period of SaaS (Software as a Service). We've come habituated to paying for "access" to tools. But recently, I’ve felt a shift. Even with the world’s most important tools at my fingertips, I find myself spending further time managing the software than actually doing the work.
